  1. 1-05-12 05:12 AM “http://www.onislam.net/english/news/middle-east/455281-turkey-warns-of-sunni-shiite-war.html”

Turkey points to splitting Iraq and Iranian support for Assad as causes of muslim against muslim violence and possible war.

The split in Iraq is interesting, with Iran taking the “south and Baghdad” (including Babylon).

    quote:
The top Turkish diplomat singled out … Iraq, which is splitting up into sectarian and ethnic fiefdoms.”Our Iraq policy foresees close contact with all sides”
Following the US invasion, the Kurds consolidated their autonomy in the north, Shiites dominated across the south and Baghdad, and Sunnis are exploring whether to set up their own autonomous region in the centre and west.
Sunni-majority Turkey is worried that Iran’s growing influence in Iraq could result in escalating tension among Iraqi sects, resulting in the country’s partition.

  2. Wow! I wish I could have heard this! Do they keep the archives so we can go back and listen? I saw your interview on Prophecy in the News about Watchers 3 and the Shroud. It was really good! Have you seen this statue/idol?

  3. Im going to try and call in tonight and ask George why on the Ancient Alien Series he said that Jesus “could be” an alien.

What a stupid blasphemous statement from some one who claims to be a christian!

    • HE IS NOT A CHRISTIAN- I REPEAT HE DOES NOT LOVE CHRIST. HE IS A ONE WORLD RELGION BELIEVER, WITH ALL OF THE DEVILS TRICKS IN HIS BAG. BEWARE OF HIS HORRENDOUS FOLLY!!

    • Love is but a song we should sing, spreading hate is not the way we should die. You can make the mountains ring or make the angels cry. Know the dove is on the wing, and you may not not know why.
Some may come and some may go, and we all shall surely pass, until the one that left us here returns for us at last. Until then we are but a moments sunlight fading in the grass .
You hold the key to love and fear, all in your typing hand .Just one key stroke unlocks them both, It’s there at your command .
C’mon people now, Smile on your brother… Ev’rybody get together….. Try and love one another right now.

  4. L.A. Going to try to call… When you have time, could you look into the following article?
    I’m sure you’ll find it interesting…

For the first time, scientists have produced monkeys composed of cells taken from separate embryos.
The animals were born after researchers combined cells from different embryos and implanted them into female monkeys.
Such animals, which contain genetically distinct groups of cells from more than one organism, are called “chimeras”.
A US team, which has reported its work in the journal Cell, says the advance could have “enormous” importance for medical research.

    • Going by what the Bible says, the shroud is’nt real…

“The Bible has several verses that give information concerning the customs for burial in the time of Jesus. The King James Bible (KJV) says the following: “Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.” (JOHN 19:40). The New International Bible (NIV) translates the same verse in this manner: “Taking Jesus’ body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance with Jewish burial customs.”

In Vine’s Greek Dictionary the word for “wrapped” is “eneileo”. The definition of the Greek word is “to roll in, wind in”. In MARK 15:46 the word “wrapped” means “winding the cloth around the Lord’s body.”

The above information indicates that the body of Jesus was “rolled” or “wound” in “strips of linen” which was “in accordance with Jewish burial customs”. The Amplified Bible makes MARK 15:46 even clearer for it says, “Joseph..rolled him up in fine linen…” Christ was rolled up in strips of cloth therefore there could not be a whole image of His body.

The Bible gives another detail concerning the Jewish manner for burial: “Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.” ( JOHN 20:6,7 KJV). The NIV translates it this way: “Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the burial cloth that had been around Jesus’ head. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen.” This verse is the clincher because Jesus had at least two burial cloths—not one!

Lazarus was buried according to the Jewish custom also: “The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” (JOHN 11:44 NIV).”

    • LA, dont worry i was not trying to argue with you, just really wondering if people do believe that to be Jesus. I personally dont have a decision on it.

  5. Is the C2C interview from this week going to posted on Youtube so we can hear it? I will looking for it! Thanks LA for standing for truth! maybe SOMEDAY Noory will believe in the REAL JESUS!

  6. Got Watchers 3 and it was good, I wish I had 1 and 2! The dvd is a great tool to share with unbelievers as well, kind of gets the wheels going…

  7. I appreciate LA and others bringing the Shroud to the attention of the world and rekindling my own interest in it. It’s a very unique artifact — the most studied artifact in the history of the world. That alone should get the attention of any non-Christian. That it could potentially be the actual cloth that covered the body of the Lord Jesus is enough to get the attention of any serious Christian.

Don’t listen to the unconstructive naysayers, LA. They’re entirely unsatisfied with themselves and they’ll never be please with you until you bow down to them.

Keep going. We’re all in this together…

    • Joshua – Thanks for the kind words. I agree, some people display a viscous ignorance when it comes to the Shroud, yet they have never done 5 minutes of investigation into it. They just think they know all the answers. The Shroud has been studied literally for well over 100,000 hours! I believe it’s the real deal and that’s why I call it God’s calling card. L.A.

    • If, in your opinion, sticking to God’s word makes me unconstructive and unsatisfied with myself then so be it! I’ll take God’s word over the products of the idolatrous Catholic Church anyday!

      John 19:40
      King James Version (KJV)
40Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury. (Key word, wound.)

      John 20:6-7
      King James Version (KJV)
6Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, 7And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

      John 19:40
      New International Version (NIV)
40 Taking Jesus’ body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance with Jewish burial customs.

      John 20:6-7
      New International Version (NIV)
6 Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, 7 as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen.(The book of John repeatedly uses the word “strips”.)

    • Saved – May I suggest that you take a real look at the Shroud? http://www.shroud.com/ There have been over 100,000 thousands of hours of study on the cloth. Trust me, it syncs with all of the scriptures and by the way, just because the Catholics have possession of it in no way diminishes its value and what I believe is forensic evidence of the Resurrection. L.A.

    • @Saved

Please don’t automatically assume that anyone who has an interest in the Shroud is somehow unsatisfied with the Scriptures or not reading them. Did you know that all four Gospels mention “a linen cloth”, some multiple times (John)? You may think the NIV translation of a Greek word as “wound” is good enough for to pronounce it a fake, but I’d just ask you to read about Jewish burial customs of the time. I don’t think they required adherents to roll people up like a burrito. Tha fine article you linked to (thanks!) says that Jewish burial customs had people wrapped up like mummies. Is that true? (You investigate it yourself. Or, better yet, wrap yourself like a mummy and try to walk through a narrow passageway, as the Lord Jesus commanded Lazarus to do.)

And to call it “[one of the] products of the idolatrous Catholic Church” is telling. The cloth didn’t become official property of the Catholic Church until the early ’80s.

There are burn marks on the Shroud. This meant that at one time it was one fire, yet people risked injury or death to preserve it. Why do you think they would do that?

Personally speaking, I’m not Catholic — or Protestant for that matter. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God. That He died and was raised on the third day. I don’t pray to, promote, or paint any pictures or relics or depictions of “Jesus”, though, as an artist, I have the ability to do so. I don’t bow down to the Shroud or put images of it on the wall and pray to it. I’ve never heard LA or anyone else claim the Shroud has miraculous powers. I’m interested in the Shroud, but I don’t claim it is or isn’t the burial cloth of Jesus. I think it is a worthwhile thing to research and read and so do many other professionals.
