In Watchers 2, Signs in the Heavens & Earth, we ask the question, are all the floods, tsunami’s, earthquakes, wars and rumors of wars, tornado’s, droughts, famines, pestilence, volcanic activity, fish and animal die offs, business as usual or is it something more?
In my opinion we are looking at the “softening of the objective,” which is military parlance, meaning that before troops are sent in, aircraft, and artillery, softens the intended target area. Are we looking at the same type of strategy being deployed by The Fallen One? Let me put forth a theory here. We know from 2nd Thessalonians that: He restrains until He is taken out-of-the-way. The question is, who is the “He?” There are some that believe it is the Holy Spirit, while others posit that Michael, the arch-angel is the restrainer. We are told in Revelation that Michael fights the devil, and the devils angels and then Satan, the dragon, the Fallen One, is cast to earth. I don’t believe that this has happened yet, but I do think that the protection that we have been under has been withdrawn.
In the fall of 2009 I BLOGGED that I had felt something shift. What I meant by this was that something had shifted in the realm of the spirit. I cautiously wrote about it and shortly afterward we saw the rise of earthquakes, floods, tsunami’s etc, that are now becoming commonplace. Is it possible that there has been an orderly retreat of the angels of heaven? We know from the Book of Job and other texts that the Fallen One, can and will manipulate the weather to destroy. We see this as he sends a great wind to destroy the house of Job’s sons and daughters. Is it possible that Michael has pulled back and now we are seeing the “handiwork ” of the Fallen One? I believe we are in the birth-pangs not the tribulation, thus we are seeing an increase in the frequency of these disasters… there is something every week folks.
In closing today’s post: Is it possible that supernatural forces are now manifesting in ways that we have never seen before? Are these same forces responsible for the uprising that we see in the Middle East? Is the so-called “Arab Spring” being triggered by events happening in another dimension, the second heaven, the realm of the Fallen One? All of this is creating uncertainty, instability, and a sense of dread and fear. Is what we are seeing deliberate, so that when we reach a tipping point, lets say after a nuclear exchange in the MIddle East, our space brothers will come and “save us?” I believe that what we are seeing, these tragic disasters that happen weekly may, in fact have supernatural origins….
