  1. Have a happy, happy birthday!!! To a great guy and a watchman on the wall for all of us. I hope you know what a blessing you are to sooooooo many! I’m soon to be your age too! Yikes!

    • Now you know why I’m getting my license to carry a weapon which is legal in the great state of Texas. I am also arming my home to the teeth. Clowns like this need to be put down right away before they kill someone’s mother, or father or God forbid children. I’m sorry the man decided to do what he did, but the minute he made his decision to kill is the second I would send him to his creator. At the moment he starts shooting innocent people, I don’t care if he is saved, a Catholic, Baptist or what …might sound harsh however, my desire is he would be saved and know the Lord but due to his actions, its out of my hands and if I was in a potion to stop him, I would drop him like a sack of potatoes.

    • Its a very fine line and hotly debatable topic. After seeing the video, it seemed he would not negotiate. Sad that it would come down to that choice. I believe u & I had some good debate on this before Matt.

I know previously I came across as totally non violent, but now after seeing this I will admit its not so cut & dry. I hope I never have to make that choice. Seems in the end he killed himself, like so many other gunmen, so I see ur point about dropping him before he hurts others.

Perhaps I should dig deeper and blog about this some time. I think the bible has answers about this sort of thing.
