This is the new face of terrorism – a baby faced kid, grimacing while holding an AK47. He should be thinking about higher education, or perhaps marriage, instead he threw his life away in the pursuit of killing as many infidels for Allah. What a waste of life. Killing women and children and torturing them in the most hideous of ways before ending their lives.
Here’s a portion from my book, Politics, Prophecy & the Supernatural. It discusses the indoctrination of the very young into embracing a world-view of hate.
Some of the Muslim schools, or madrassas, indoctrinate children at a very young age with the idea of martyrdom (or homicide). The following is a quote from a twelve-year-old boy; it is chilling and makes me realize the depth of hatred of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict: “I hope to be a Martyr . . . I hope when I get 14 or 15 to explode myself.”17 These children are brainwashed into believing that if they strap explosives to their body and kill as many Jews as possible, they will go to meet Allah in heaven. This is the same ideology that caused the hijackers to fly planes into the World Trade Center buildings and the Pentagon. It is an ideology of death and terror. On September 16, 2006, the present Pope, Benedict the Sixteenth, commented on this ideology of death by quoting a fourteenth century Byzantine emperor: “Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and here you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.”18 The implication is clear, the Pope is commenting on the ongoing acts of terror that have been perpetrated on the world at large. In the aftermath of the Pope’s statement, riots broke out across the Muslim world. Some Muslim clerics called for his death. A nun was killed as a direct result of the Pope’s remarks. It is important to keep in mind that the goal of these radical jihadists is to eradicate Israel and kill every Jewish man, woman, and child. Once again, I will refer to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s comments at Iran’s Holocaust Conference. Although I have cited this statement earlier, I think it’s worth repeating: “Thanks to people’s wishes and God’s will the trend for the existence of the Zionist regime is downwards and this is what God has promised and what all nations want . . . Just as the Soviet Union was wiped out and today does not exist, so will the Zionist regime soon be wiped out.”
The United States felt the sting of 9/11, and, much to the credit of our CIA, FBI, and Homeland Security, we have so far thwarted another attack on the “homeland.” As Richard Armitage, the deputy secretary of state in the second Bush administration has stated: “We have to be right all the time; they only have to be right once.”21 What is the cause of this killing of innocent people? Why is it that young men in Muslim countries are being recruited to “jihad” in record numbers? The answer lies once again in the radical jihadists’ interpretation of the Koran, which, unfortunately, promotes death and terror. According to an article by Dan Murphy and Howard LaFranchi, al-Qaeda misinterprets passages in the Koran such as: “Fight in the cause of God against those who fight against you, but do not transgress limits. God loves not transgressors” (2:190). It is in statements like this that the jihadists find “there wiggle room.” The suicide bomber has become the ultimate weapon in that the person who chooses to give his or her life for Allah can remain undetected for years. How does one address the willingness of thousands of people to use their bodies as a walking bomb? This is a new kind of warfare and is one against which it is almost impossible to guard. The reason that I state this is that anyone can become a suicide bomber. It does not take much, just a willingness to take as many lives as possible, along with your own, as you blow yourself up. Recently in Israel, the “face” of the suicide bomber has changed, and females have taken this deadly mantle upon themselves. In an article posted on Nationalgeographic.com, Brian Handwerk states, “the face of terror is increasingly female.” He goes on to say that “Women (as suicide bombers) are much less detectable. They are like stealth bombers . . . .
Once again I reiterate, where are the so-called moderate Muslims decrying the infamy of that day? We need them to raise their voices. If the acts of terrorism against the West are the result of a few misguided terrorists who are misinterpreting the Koran, then the world needs to hear from moderate Imams who decry these actions. So far, not many voices have been raised protesting these actions. Osama bin Laden and those of his ilk believe that they are doing God’s will by carrying out operations that kill innocent lives. Theirs is a celebration of death, which contrasts with the ideology of the Christian West that, for the most part, reveres the sanctity of all life. Bi Laden has stated openly that America will loose the war on terror because “We are committed to life while they embrace death.” With this said we must realize that a clash of civilizations is eminent and that the radical jihadists can never be reconciled to the Western worldview nor vice versa.
This book is a must read in these turbulent, uncertain times. It has real answers to what the world is facing today. Politics, Prophecy & the Supernatural is a hard hitting expose of how the current political landscape is in direct correlation to supernatural events that happened, in some cases, millennia ago.
