2 Timothy 3

3 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. ² People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money,boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, ³ without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, ⁴ treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—⁵ having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.⁶ They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, ⁷ always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth. ⁸ Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. ⁹ But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

Most of us are still reeling from the horrific events of this past Thursday.  I mentioned earlier that we as a nation have taken God out of the class room, made it almost a crime to pray at a graduation, argued over the display of nativity scenes,  banned the singing of Christmas carols, litigated the display of the ten commandments.   Last summer at the Democratic convention, the delegates booed and shouted overwhelmingly NOT to include GOD, in their platform. (it was included but the Nay’s clearly won the vote)

As I have warned incessantly, we are in the birth pains Jesus warned us would give birth to the tribulation period, or the time of Jacob’s Trouble.   In my opinion we will see more this behavior as the Fallen One and his legions wreak havoc on the earth.  I spoke with Russ Dizdar as well as Richard Grund about the shootings.  Both agree this has the fingerprints of a ritualistic killing.  How do you shoot a 5-year-old in cold blood?  How do you methodically kill one person after another, then turn the gun on yourself?

I have never been at the scene of a murder, but I know the smell of blood and human organs must be overwhelming.  Then there are the terrified screams, the pleas for life, the whimpers, the crying, and people wetting themselves from fear.  That is what is unleashed at a crime scene like the one in Connecticut.  Fear is the currency of Hell, it is what drives the kingdom of the Fallen One.

We are in the last days and the description above from 1 Timothy 3, is a blueprint for the lawlessness that will be/is the hallmark of these days. Yesterday in California a man began shooting at a mall.  More than 50 shots fired at Fashion Island mall; suspect arrested – latimes.com

I believe something has been unleashed, a darkness is on the land.  An ancient, evil force that seeks to rob, kill and destroy.  Last Thursday it entered the body of Adam Lanza and killed 26 people.  It robbed them of their lives and destroyed the lives of those who remain.  People don’t bounce back from having their children killed in cold  blood.

In closing todays Bun:  I spoke to Dolly, who is a wonderful, spirit filled woman of God, living in Ohio.  I met her at the Nephilim Mounds conference.  She admonished me to call out for the Blood of Jesus to cover our loved ones, our property and our possessions.  They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; 

As believers we need to put on the armor of  God and overcome the evil by the Blood of the Lamb.  Everything changed on Cavalry, 2000 years ago as Jesus, the Lamb of God, shed his blood once, for the sins of the world.  it spelled defeat for the Fallen One.  We must be vigilant in these perilous times in which we live.  We must stand in the gap for our neighbors and towns.  We must pray and keep on praying.  We must overcome the evil that is all around us by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony… and not shrink from death when our lives are on the line….
