A Richland Hills man has been arrested and charged with assaulting his son after telling a 911 operator he carved a pentagram into his 6-year-old son’s back.
Just after midnight Wednesday, officers were dispatched to a home on the 3700-block of Ruth Road after the boy’s father, identified by police as Brent Troy Bartel, called 911 and said, “I shed some innocent blood.”
When the dispatcher asked what the man meant by that, the man replied, “I inscribed a pentagram on my son.”
The dispatcher asked why and the man said, “It’s a holy day.”
At the same time, the child’s mother called 911 from a neighbor’s home claiming her husband was hurting their child.
Officers arrived at the home and found the child cold, standing in only pajama pants with a large pentagram carved into his back. The carving covered most of the boy’s back, police said.
Officers wrapped the boy in a jacket and turned him over to paramedics. The child was transported to Cooks Children’s Hospital for treatment. Child Protective Services and a crime victim liaison are working with the boy and his mother.
Police said Wednesday afternoon that the carving isn’t deep enough to require stitches and that the child is expected to be OK physically.
At the scene, officers also recovered a box cutter they believe Bartel used to make the carving.
Bartel was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – family member. He is currently being held on $500,000 bond.
The father’s call to 911 was placed at 12:10 a.m., just minutes after the day 12-12-12 began. The date is not known to have any holy or religious significance, though, along with 12-21-12, has drawn attention from numerologists and those concerned with doomsday prophecy.

I have seen that video before. I watched it again this morning. The bee colony collapse is one prophecy that is sneaking by everyone. Its part of the 4 horseman and the looming food shortage prophecies in my opinion.
The speaker/scientists noted that we have 4 years from the initial onset of the bee colony collapses before our food supplies are absolutely devastated. It has been two years since we first started seeing the world wide bee colony collapse.
Most people dont realize that bees pollinate our food and without them many food sources will cease to exist. If you look at those two years, global world wide food production has dropped by 25%.
Colorado is set for another very dry winter which means no water for the front range which means low wheat and corn crops this summer. In fact the bread basket of America is predicted to be in near drought situations again this year. Right now water traffic on the Mississippi has been halted. Barges are running up on sand bars. Wheres that media coverage?
This summer will be worse than last summer for food production world wide. However the media will overshadow it no doubt with a popular story such Kim Kardashian and Kayne West’s wedding.

LA what I would really like is for you to corner George Noory about his christian faith. Ask him “George have you asked Jesus to come into your heart?” George always skirts the issue. George in my opinion believes in everything not one thing. Which is sad.
Hey maybe I will call in and ask George if he is a christian according to the Lords Prayer. Maybe I will ask George if he believes if his name is written in the Lambs book of Life?

Funny thing about Noory is he claims the show is not political, that there are enough political shows out there he has said repeatedly. “We don’t do politics on Coast it Coast”
Well, maybe not when Art Bell was around but now I just don’t know he can say that. Seems like ALL of John B Wells shows are political and Noory has a few of his own…The show in my opinion has lost it way, Noory has put his personal stamp on it and since his interested are in alternative medicine and Big Pharma, JFK ,Mafia. Those make up 75%of the subject matter. . Either gone or nonexistent, are Bigfoot, NDE’s, EVP’s UFO’s, Ghost Mothman.
And his so called experts he parades out every night, Richard C. Hoagland, Linda Moulton Howe,Michio Kaku,Whitley Strieber ,Katherine Albrecht,Linda Godfrey Mitch Battros,Ed Dames….the show needs some new blood, bring these folks out is like beating a mutilated cow (no pun for Linda Moulton Howe)
I really look forward to when LA is the guest as I know the show will be interesting and informative.
One best show I heard in last few months was George Knapp, with guest David Paulides who talked about mysterious vanishings from our national parks and forests. For some reason the creep factor on that show was off the scale, listen to it if you get a chance it was broadcast on Sunday March 25, 2012 and June 24, 2012. The show was so popular George Knapp had him on twice saying he had more calls after this show then any others he ever did, so he invited Paulides back a few months later.

Ally i definitely agree (even with C) because Jesus was a master who ascended into heaven, but I dodged it because the term has been co-opted by new Agers. You might say he is the only ascended master and the rest are just demonic posers.

What an a awesome God we serve! And this might be the perfect time to say this. As bad and rough as the new age journey was for a lot of us…it pretty much confirmed the other realm exsists for sure . It also confirmed to me the God of the Holy Bible does not fit in a shoebox, no matter how hard the different denominations try to make him. Oh…and our God kicks more butt than kung fu! Lol. For over 45 years, I’ve ben waiting for my Old Testament YWH to show himself bigtime. (Purely for personal reasons,lol. I’m not that holy and I know one encounter will who me into serious shape in about half a second.) I saw his hand once, in 1967-Israel. 
I’m so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think LA and the boys are going to see it in Mexico and I think we will all se it in the Middle East SHORTLY!

A: mormons might include A along with the rest.
B: muslims might agree with B, but they’d likely deny the rest.

Talk about contrasts! Last night’s guest, a mafia guy, was so disgusting I felt like taking a shower afterwards. The way he would laugh and jest and make light of the crimes he committed back in the 70s…it made me realize he wasn’t repentant at all. It was all a way for him to continue making money by writing books, scripts on the subject. (And he claims to be a “motivational” speaker to kids!)
Interestingly George Norey seemed to know a lot more about the mafia than he should have. (Like who married who, who was friends with who…) I could sense that after a while, that is, after “cozying” up to the guy, he started to “back off” and play dumb again. Made me wonder if George’s ties to the mafia run a lot deeper than any of us listeners would have suspected.
Weird show but it revealed what lies the hearts of man.

I know, Art Bell would have never had this guy on, but see, Noory actually considers him a serious journalist. Reliving his St Louis days evidently. How many times are we going to hear the story about Noory being the last person to interview Jimmy Hoffa? I’m telling you, I rolling my eyes at least once a week on that comment, like, yeah we know George, we know.

George Norey tries to put forth the image of a kindly, grandfatherly host (and he certainly “sounds” like that most of the time) but I’m betting JC, nutty as he is, is pushing a button Norey won’t openly admit–that he’s just as biased, as agenda-driven (as Matt said) and as demonically inspired as anyone else in the main-stream/lame-stream media.

Umm I didn’t say Noory was biased and agenda-driven, I need to clear that up…I said he choice in guest and shows sometimes leaves a bit to be desired…of course I’m not taking about when LA is on, I enjoy and look forwards to those rare nights.
But if you want to know what D. B. Cooper is doing these days, or where Hoffa is actually buried by all means tune it, you’ll get these riveting answers and many more.Plus,,if you are very lucky he will march out Billy Mumy from Lost In Space fame for the umpteenth time. Pssst…Bob May was actually the actor in the “robot however, the robot’s voice was dubbed by Dick Tufeld, who was also the narrator of the series.

That was eye opening for sure!! My daughter and I don’t get the flu vaccine. People think I’m crazy. But I feel at peace with that decision. After watching this video I feel even more secure in the decision not to get a flu vaccine every year. My husband on the other hand gets vaccinated by the military. When he does he becomes ill. And or the vaccine doesn’t take and he gets sick anyway. Seeing this happen I have chosen to pass.

The Prophecy Film video is quite powerful. Simple enough to “educate” the viewer on what’s going on. However, I don’t know if anyone after viewing it would believe it actually is taking place.
I’ve tried to explain the phenomena to my family and they look at me like huhhhhh? Then a short clip of 3 stories than talked about HAARP, chemtrails, and … I can’t remember the third clip were created and aired on the Discovery Channel and suddenly I get a call from my sister telling me about the aired program.
If people want to believe, it has to come from “higher authorities,” not from the common man living down the street. Oh well, at least some attention is now coming to the main stream media whom I sincerely don’t believe they totally “get it.”
Or maybe because we did drop that “seed” of information we validate the “higher authorities’,” information. So we keep seeding…

A friend told me this one today and I thought it was pretty good…so here go’s
The coach had put together the perfect team for the Chicago Bears. The only thing that was missing was a good quarterback. He had scouted all the colleges and even the Canadian and European Leagues, but he couldn’t find a ringer who could ensure a Super Bowl win.
Then one night while watching CNN he saw a war-zone scene in Afghanistan . In one corner of the background, he spotted a young Afghan Muslim soldier with a truly incredible arm. He threw a hand-grenade straight into a 15th story window 100 yards away.
KABOOM!
He threw another hand-grenade 75 yards away, right into a chimney.
KA-BLOOEY!
Then he threw another at a passing car going 90 mph.
BULLS-EYE!
“I’ve got to get this guy!” Coach said to himself. “He has the perfect arm!”
So, he brings him to the States and teaches him the great game of football. And the Bears go on to win the Super Bowl.
The young Afghan is hailed as the great hero of football, and when the coach asks him what he wants, all the young man wants is to call his mother.
“Mom,” he says into the phone, “I just won the Super Bowl!”
“I don’t want to talk to you, the old Muslim woman says. “You are not my son!”
“I don’t think you understand, Mother,” the young man pleads. “I’ve won the greatest sporting event in the world. I’m here among thousands of my adoring fans.”
“No! Let me tell you!” his mother retorts. “At this very moment, there are gunshots all around us. The neighborhood is a pile of rubble. Your two brothers were beaten within an inch of their lives last week, and I have to keep your sister in the house so she doesn’t get attacked!” The old lady pauses, and then tearfully says, “I will never forgive you for making us move to Chicago !!!!
