Peggy and I are wanting to thank everyone who attended to conference in Tennessee. Hats off to the great worship led by Brian and Ramey. Thanks to Pastors Mike and Kelly for hosting it. I believe there is a supernatural hatred of Israel and it is manifesting like never before. Let’s take a look at the current crisis and examine the facts.
1. HAMAS will not recognize Israel’s right to exist.
2. HAMAS fired upward of 200 rockets into Israel BEFORE Israel retaliated.
3. HAMAS won the election in GAZA and set the present course of attacking Israel.
4. Israel gave up land for peace in 2007 when they relinquished GAZA to the Palestinians. The mortar and rocket fire began as they were leaving…. so much for land for peace. Israel gives up the land and they get NO peace.
5. Egypt’s Moslem Brotherhood has declared Jerusalem will be the capital of the United Arab States.
Our news media avoids and perhaps deliberately obfuscates informing the American people of the facts. I show a clip from an Arab news outlet showing the fiery Imam, Higazi at a rally for now elected Egyptian president Morsi. Higazi is telling the thousands of people gathered there, Morsi will liberate GAZA. Next there is a song whose lyrics declare ; it’s time to wake the sleep from the eyes of the Jews. Higazi then proclaims Jerusalem will be the capital of the United Arab States.
I ask for a show of hands of how many people in the audience have seen the clip. I get a few hands raised, but the other 99% of the folks have never seen this. The American people have the right to see for themselves the underlying, overwhelming hatred of Israel and the Jews. Without seeing this, current events can and are being spun to placate the Palestinians and make them look like victims.
In closing todays post: Please take a moment and watch the video I linked to and see for yourself the unmitigated vitriol aimed at Israel and the Jews. Israel has the right to exist and if she does not then neither does, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq as all of these countries were formed after WWI. It is unconscionable that the American people have not seen the video above and so remain in the dark as to the real intent of the Arab states who surround Israel. Now we see this hatred spreading to other countries. Please forward this link so people can see for themselves, the unedited, real intent of Moslem Brotherhood and HAMAS.

I was very surprised to find out that Joe Ortiz is very much against the State of Israel [ a "counterfeit " return] and is very pro Palestinian. Google “Joe Ortiz Israel” and see what appears.

Shooting unguided rockets into civilian populations hoping to kill as many as possible as the Nazi’s did during WWII are terror attacks…. Israel has shown great restraint in their measured responses if you ask me….. What I don’t understand is, what part of Hamas’ firing HUNDREDS of Rockets toward Israel doesn’t the International media not understand? We’re looking at 700-900 rockets fired into Israel from the Palestinians. Indiscriminately. They started this recent fighting, they’re reaping death, and they keep firing rockets. Is their blind hatred for Israel is so strong they won’t condemn the Palestinians? I’m definitely totally decaf, whether soft or hard drinks, Rose. One cup of even tea causes me trouble, so that’s a thing of the past.
Course, 3 weeks in prayer meetings and all that comes from that has helped clarify things greatly.
Like how the kingdom of God, the house of God, the family of God, the people of God, the very presence of God are all very closely tied to His direction — seek first the kingdom and His righteousness…. not in the least that we are born again by His Spirit, adopted in the flesh, and welcomed to dwell with Him, even there at the throne… (seeking His face, attending at His feet, delighted by His ways and methods)…

Joe Ortiz always seemed to be bitter to me with his outright condemnation of things which are mostly a matter of opinion or debate.
No surprise that bitterness would also be a symptom of trying to hang-on to notions that the USA is blessed above other nations contrary to the evidence of history and current events. That old “american dream” idol is hard to shake loose.
So folks in the US have a post election grump on, kinda like the old snarls ya get when someone hasn’t had their first cup of coffee. Some can be downright abominable aside and apart from the distemper that comes from living in frigid and dimly lit man-caves without enough oxygen or light or vitamin D. Makes ‘em downright uncharitable.

Kirt has a post today with a link to a video by The Trumpet Daily that says Hamas increased its rockets into Israel as retaliation for Israel bombing a weapons factory in Khartoum, Sudan that was being supplied by Iran. Now that I know what to look for, I’ve found lots of sources for the story, but hadn’t heard anything along that line on major media sources. Worser and worser.

There were some posts yesterday that asked if the purpose of the timing of the Gaza conflict was to get Israel’s attention off of Iran to give them more time to get all their ducks lined up to nuke Israel. After reading the article, I wonder if the civil war in Syria about the same thing. Use it all to deplete Israel’s resources. Looks like it all leads back to Iran. I would really like to know what the Mossad and our CIA know.

As I said before, I feel Israel’s Iron Dome technology is without equal however an improvement would be to create a different Iron Dome in the near future – one that catches and throws the rockets right back to its place of origin (Iran).

Hamas has hidden it’s rocket launching sites amongst the civilian population, in schools, hospitals etc. Hamas spends millions of dollars & euro’s on buying weapons, instead of spending it on roads, schools, healthcare for it’s own people. the only bomb shelters found in Gaza are for top Hamas officials. That is why there are civilian deaths .By initiating these rocket attacks, Hamas deliberately put its own people in harm’s way to score diplomatic points, and to play the victim before the international media. Israeli pilots may have pressed the “fire” button, but Hamas is solely responsible for every Gazan death.

Could someone tell me who the Palestinian people are? I never have found that out.
I see most here are very Pro Israel and I want you all to know I love the Messianic Jews very much. As a matter of fact as a shortwave listener for over a year I listened to an hour broadcast from a Messianic Jewish couple. I found no fault in their theology. Only with most Christians keeping Sunday did they disagree that I could find. I don’t say all Christians would agree with all they stand for. I just voiced my opinion on what I got from them.
They sure had the salvation issue right and much more. Very, very good on the prophecies. The prophecies are of great interest to me and about all is now fulfilled, we are very near now to the close out of this reign of sin.

JGB – I am no expert, but from what I’ve read the reason you don’t know who they are is because they are no one special. They are just Arabs, and most of them belong in Jordan. Yasser Arafat was the one who coined them “Palestinians”. They have no history, no culture, nothing. They like to delude themselves into thinking that they have a long history in the land, but such is not the case.

L.A., good reminding list of basic facts in the present crisis with Hamas. All of these facts are important to remember, but one stands out: Hamas fired on Israel even as the Jews left Gaza. Jews from Gaza are still uprooted, in some cases, not having found work or homes quickly in Israel proper. These facts are mostly forgotten. Pray for the Jews uprooted from their lovely agricultural homes in Gaza, which the Palestinians trashed.

The bad news for Israel is due to the UN and the Obama Administration dragging their feet and stalling on the issue for so long, Iran is now capable of making a nuclear bomb. The only thing the economic sanctions have done is make to make it difficult for Iran to get spare parts for their fighter jets. Here is a short summary of Operation Pillar of Cloud.
There are primarily three dimensions to Operation Pillar of Cloud.
On the surface, of course, Israel withdrew from Gaza under the leadership of Ariel Sharon in 2005 hoping that by doing so, we Israelis would be extending the olive branch of peace to the Palestinians in Gaza. So we uprooted 8,000 Jewish people from Gaza, destroyed their homes and handed over to the Arabs a Gaza free of any Jews to the Palestinian Authority.
Within a short time, Hamas replaced the Palestinian Authority in free elections and rockets, which had been fired at us already years before 2005 and never stopped continued to fall on and off over the entire period.
Now only did Hamas not extend its olive branch toward us: Hamas saw Israel’s willingness to withdraw from Gaza as weakness and it whetted their appetites to continue attacking Israel until the Zionist entity was destroyed. Under
the Mubarak administration, tens of thousands of missiles and other weapons were smuggled into the Gaza Strip. After the fall of Gaddhafi even more weapons were smuggled across Egypt and into Sinai. And of course, Iran has or at least had its missile factory in Sudan and those missiles and other weapons were also smuggled into Gaza.
With the rise of the Moslem Brotherhood in Egypt and the fall of Mubarak, the Hamas, a sister organization of the Moslem Brotherhood felt even more entitled to attack Israel since the Moslem Brotherhood seeks the cancellation of the Egypt-Israel Peace Agreements.
Just a few weeks ago, Gaza was visited by the Emir of Qatar and was given a gift of 300 million dollars. In the opinion of my wife, Rachel, this was another encouragement to the Hamas to fire missiles at will into Israel.
Dimension #2: Before the US presidential elections, there was this spat between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Obama regarding
red lines for Iran. Netanyahu spoke at the UN in late September saying that by March 2013, Iran would be at the point of no-return regarding its nuclear weapons project.
Dimension #3: Until the Arab Spring which began in Feb. 2011, Israel was surrounded by four major enemies: Iran, Syria, Hizbollah of Lebanon and Gaza. Today, we see Hizbollah being sucked into the quagmire of Syria as the Assad/Hizbollah/Iran axis continues to fight for hegemony as opposed to the Sunni/Turkish/Moslem Brotherhood axis.
What Israel faces today is the termination (at least temporarily) of the Gaza missile threat. Lebanon and Syria are being degraded militarily by their internal Sunni-Shi’ite infighting leaving Iran very much weakened and alone for the final showdown by March 2013.
The question will now be: If Israel launches a ground operation against Hamas, will Egypt end up going to war with Israel in defense of Gaza, or will it remain in the background fearing American cessation of military and other forms of aid? How will the Turks respond and how will the other Arab Spring nations respond? Another question will be how will the western media, how will Obama respond if Israel moves into Gaza in a ground operation?
But there is no doubt that the military capabilities of Gaza are better dealt with now and not during a confrontation with Iran. Gaza is the easiest of the pick-up sticks. The Lion of Judah can defeat one hyena, but not a pack of hyenas. Gaza is one of the hyenas that has been taken out.

This weekend I listened to Hal Lindsey. One thing he said was that he hoped that this time Israel finishes the job. By that he was referring to the last confrontation, where Israel bowed to international pressure and went along with the “so-called” cease fire.
I’m noticing the words “cease fire” already in the news. I pray that Israel doesn’t make the same mistake as before.

Same here. So far the cease fire nonsense doesn’t seem to be working. Bibi is like “Ok, stop firing rocket and then we’ll talk.”
I really think Israel needs to go in and finish this. Everyone that’s not anti-semitic/anti-zionist knew land for peace was a failure and giving up the Golan Heights and Gaza was a terrible mistake. Time to undo that mistake. Finish this.

My husband and I just watched the video paralleled with him reading about what our paper said: we are propogandized. Israel ‘says’ hamas are launching weapons from mosques and hospitals. Israel killed 1 baby and an 81 yr old. It is so one-sided. Thanks for the video.

It’s always so interesting to see the pictures in the news. They always show the damage done to the Palestinians, but not about anything happening to the Israelis. One-sided doesn’t even begin to describe our lame-stream media.

At church, we have been going through a series about the last days. During the sermon yesterday, Daniel’s interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream was discussed. When the pastor got to the last part about iron and clay not mixing, it was likened to Christianity and Islam not mixing. That made sense to me. That which happened in Genesis 6 also makes sense to me and can be likened to Iron and Clay not mixing. All this makes me think we may be about to see the spiritual collide with our physical world. And I mean, we are going to physically see it, as in the days of Noah.

Jarrett’s mom, Barbara Bowman, was one of the co-founders of a childhood education/development organization in Chicago, the Erikson Institute. Interestingly, Bill Ayers, founder of the Weather Underground terrorist organization of the 60′s, has spent the non-terrorist part of his life teaching education theory as professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago. You may remember Obama’s ties to him were totally ignored by the media in ’08. It would be interesting to find out if there is a link between Jarrett and Ayers as well.

Wow. Folks, take this seriously. There’s another kind of war going on and it’s the Internet/social media/cyberbullying war.
For example, on Facebook I’ve seen several Christians that I know in a Bible study group tell us that they’ve suddenly had “friend requests” from obvious Islamic types and from there it goes to threats, insults, and the rest of it.
I have one guy who says if he sees it again he’s going to call the FBI. Heads up!

Any history book will make a damning case against Carter and his foreign policies His entire presidency was a tragedy of meddling by an insecure and impotent man in world affairs. Whereas everything the legendary King Midas touched turned to gold, everything Jimmy Carter touched turned into a disaster……and the worst part is Barry is following close in the peanut farmer’s footsteps. Although we don’t know the ultimate policies Obama will take in foreign affairs, the ones he has so far pursued indicate his strong affinity to the Carter Doctrine.

I just cant decide if this war will escalate to the extent of the war of Psalm 83.
Although, Hamas has said it wont stop the rockets and Egypt and Turkey seemed poise to jump in if need be.
Jordan also seems to be headed for riots and Lebanon and Hezbollah could fire rockets at any time.
Not to mention Syria forces fired on an Israeli jeep over the weekend.

God did not create animals to be abused and/or in the case of domestic animals, neglected as well. Along with praying for others, I also keep animals in my daily prayers. LA is so right on in his assessment of this situation. This is a diabolical hatred for Israel that stems from The Evil One. He hates God and he hates Gods chosen, Israel because it was through them that the Messiah would come who would demolish satan and Israel still being a nation after all this time, after all they have gone through, after all their wanderings, they are still the apple of God’s eye and a rebuke to the enemy as a reminder of what Jesus has done and is coming back to finish. He wants to destroy them and uses earthly vessels (hamas, Iran, etc.) to try to accomplish this. Satan aslo hates the church because we are also a sign of his defeat and that we will judge him and his fallen angels along with the Lord. And he hates God the most because of His goodness to us humans here on earth, always patiently trying to reach the lost, even those that are provoking Israel and those that also provoke the church. But lets remember too that he is a done deal. His time is but little and soon we will see the fullness of the Lords kindgom and will being completed upon this earth. The Lord woke me a little bit ago here in Rochester, NY at 5 am EST. He lead me to Psalm 112 regarding the passages that state He is Israel’s shield. It made me think of the iron dome shield they are using to intercept many of the missels being shot at them by Hamas. He is truly their shield and He will take care of His people. I also believe that a supernatural sleep/confusion/deception is upon the people of the earth regarding Israel over this fact alone…Israel is the smallest country in the middle east, and I mean small. Look at a map, just looking at the map makes it obvious what is really happening. They are surrounded by angry people groups that are demonically influenced to wipe them out, yet there they sit, upon the Lords land and there they will stay as He has commanded. Amen!
