Israeli air, tanks pound Gaza after massive Palestinian barrage. Hamas, Jihad threaten to broaden attacks
Israeli warplanes, self-propelled artillery and short-range missiles attacked Hamas and Jihad Islami positions and command posts in the Gaza Strip early Monday, Oct. 8, shortly after Palestinians loosed a barrage of 55 missiles and mortar shells on the Eshkol district.
I gave a Middle East Update last night, starting the talk with two clips showing the Moslem Brotherhood gathered in Egypt’s Tahrir Square, a year and a half ago, and then again on May 1st, 2012. In both instances the crowd was chanting: To Jerusalem we go, martyrs in the millions!
Most of those in attendance – upwards of 98% – had never seen either clip and so were completely in the dark as to what is happening “over there.”
Now we have this story, which by the way is not being picked up by the Weasels-in-the-stream, media.
For the record, HAMAS fired 55 missiles into Israel and then Israel responded. Israel is now surrounded by enemies who pose an existential threat to her. This latest skirmish is only a portent, or harbinger, of the greater war to come.
Here’s something to consider. What if HAMAS and HEZBOLLAH attack at the same time, along with Iran’s troops which are now in Syria? Add to this Egypt who recently parked 60 of its tanks on the border. Israel would face a two or three front war.
In closing today’s short post: WWIII is coming and when it does it affect everyone. We now have the highest gas prices in California, but this will pale in comparison when prices shoot up to $10.00 a gallon. The Arab Spring has produced the rise of the Moslem Brotherhood, something I predicted would happen. With it, the vitriol against Israel is reaching a tipping point. At some point the war will happen…
I’m off to the airport.

A very conceivable scenario you’ve spelled out there. Frankly, I’m amazed we’re in October and things are still as relatively quiet as they are. That Syria-Turkey situation is worth keeping any eye on as well. If that escalates it could easily go regional.

We have at least 35 known terror training camps right here IN the USA. Amazing. Why? Why is this even allowed? If the Feds won’t do something about it maybe other people should? Really. What would you do if you knew you had something like this near where you lived? Yeah, I’m going there. This simply shouldn’t be tolerated.
This isn’t rocket science. What’s going to go down when these fellas at these 35 camps get the phone call or the email? This is before we even talk about sleeper cells thanks to our nonexistent borders and immigration policy.
The money we keep feeding the Muslim Brotherhood and other CIA assets keeps coming back to bite us in the butt.
By the way: Today is the 12th Anniversary of the Afghan War and no one cares. It really seems like Vietnam was protested over for far less.
12 YEARS, folks. Why? What for? If the brutal Soviet Machine couldn’t get the job done what in the blue hell are we doing there? Sorry for the strong language, but really.

I totally agree with you Eric W. I can’t seem to understand what we are doing over there. When I ask anyone who is serving in our military. I can’t seem to get a clear answer. I’m not sure they know either. Something doesn’t seem right. I live here in California. Gas prices are over the top. My husband is a Marine. They don’t pay us enough to survive in this state. Groceries are expensive as well. Good thing I have been stocking up on rice and beans

It just shows us where their hearts lie. The “War on Terror” is ignored within our own borders & used for political/economic strategy internationally. Sure they go after some crazy shooters here & there to appease the public & go after anyone who may pose a threat to their power status. With the “hate” labels they’ve thrown out there now to train the forces ANYONE could be labeled a threat if they deem so. Kind of make one feel all warm & fuzzy inside doesn’t it? The enemy within ~ good thing our Kingdom is Not Of This World!

So what is the scenario? Does Israel get attacked, kick back and win the war and in the process reclaim more of Jerusalem including the MOUNT, and then proceed to rebuild the TEMPLE.

If something like that happens, quite frankly, I don’t think it’ll be at the hands of outside invaders. Other than that, I do think it’s rather handy and convenient to have all those soldiers away from home all the time and for this long.

@ Eric The Feds love trouble. It’s an avenue they use to take more control over the people. They legislate corruption (i.e., homosexuality, pornography, gambling, etc) which will bring on greater crime which enables them to keep their job by writing more worthless laws which gives them more control over the masses. The end game of the elitists is total control. Freedom scares them something fierce. They should exchange it for the fear of God (i.e., wisdom)

Be safe on the way home. The TSA is no one to mess with, they are crazy! Yes World War 3 is coming soon to a town near you. That is something to be worried about. It must happen though before the tribulation can be complete. The world is so unworthy of a reprieve. We see massive political movements like the John Birch Society, The Tea Party and Occupy but what we need is a similar mass movement of a true repentance. The John Birch Society has said for years that “the constitution is our solution”. That is simply not the case! “Repentance and turning to Jesus on a massive level is the only thing that will save us and our souls.”

Safe traveles home L.A. You are always in our prayers. Everyone keeping close tabs on the middle east, but never with anxiety because we know that all is in the hands of the Lord.
If I may also spam one video here, knowing full well this will be of interest to L.A., if he hasn’t heard about it already. Gordy even linked the video a few times. Chris White did a most fantastic video series called Ancient Aliens Debunked. Since L.A. has mentioned how misled ancient astronaut theory is and even ended up on their cutting room floor, I think getting L.A.s feedback on the contents of this video would be awesome. Perhaps maybe even an opportunity to interview Chris White. If you can’t tell I am a good fan of both L.A. and Chris. Cheers.

You know, a while back, I was discussing with someone the fact that the Jews are God’s people, no matter what, and that person said something like, there has never been a time when God defended Israel in war unless they were obeying Him. Well I knew that wasn’t true, but I couldn’t remember exactly where the scripture was until this morning. Its in 1 Kings chap 20, where God slew the great army of Syria who boasted themselves against the Lord of the armies of Israel by saying,”The Lord is God of the hills but He is not the God of the valleys” Therefore God gave that great powerful Syrian army over into Israels hands for His name’s sake. He is and always will be, the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, everybody knows that. He is the protector of Israel and delivers them because of His own reputation. At that time Israel’s King was Ahab, the worst King Israel ever had. The people weren’t following the Lord, yet He still delivered them because He is their God. Nothing has changed. God still fights for Israel, whether the world chooses to acknowledge that or not.

King Ahab and Jezebel were two of the worst, Israel had ever known. They led Israel into sin, yet God still delivered Israel, in spite of their sin for His name’s sake and also to protect His reputation. Israel’s enemies were boasting against the Living God and He heard them and took it personally. Alluding that Israel’s God is too small or not able to deliver them, is to anger the One who fights side by side with them in battle, and has even be known to throw down rocks from Heaven to crush the enemy, on their behalf to make them win! Israel’s God is still Alive today and just as Mighty! He can still throw down rocks from Heaven if He wanted to, or worse. The leaders of these countries better watch their boastings. Thats the sure way to get their people crushed. Israel’s God is powerfully alive and hears every boastful word spoken against His people and against Him. And He takes it personally, as a personal affront, when they say He is not able to protect them, sin or not! The gifts and calling of God are without repentence.
Sometimes its not even only about Israel, but about God’s reputation as their God. It’s very important to Him, that through them, other nations perceive Him as the Most Powerful God, and as the One and only true God. That He cares very much and guards His reputation is seen all through out scripture. Christians and Jews both claim Him as our God, thats why we have to be very careful how we live, so that we don’t disgrace the reputation of the Great, most Powerful, Almighty God!

Speaking about reputations, something else to add is, that if God Himself has shown us that He cares that much about what unbelievers think about His own reputation, shouldn’t we do everything we can to protect our brothers and sisters reputations who represent Him, who have put everything on the line, who are vulnerable, and out there fighting for the Gospel? They can’t be everywhere at once to defend themselves where the enemy is slandering them, but maybe one of us will be there. And shouldn’t we fight to defend their reputation as if it was our very own? We’re all connected to eachother, in Him. We should look to each other to cover and protect as best we can, so that to get to the one, the enemy will have to first go through a thousand of us. Some day there will be perfect unity in the body and this division the enemy has caused will be a thing of the past.

I was at the Prophecy Conference this last weekend and LA and Doug Hamp were very well received. LA has the ability to put the audience at ease with humor as he shares information that can be quite unsettling for many who may be hearing it for the first time.

I personally believe the war on terror is about the realignment of the middle east into a regional entity much like the EU. In my opinion, there are several governments that would be opposed to doing this, among those are the following: Israel, Yemen, Iran, and Syria.
It’s interesting to note that Mr. Kissinger speaks of the deceased Jewish state known as Israel within 10 years… Also, isn’t it mentioned in the bible that Jerusalem will be the whole world’s burden? What does that mean?
There are reports of our Marines protecting the opium/heroin industry in Afghanistan, to keep the Taliban/Al – Quaeda from making money off the product. Interestingly enough, opium production was nearly eradicated under the Taliban. Also, heroin use has exploded in Russia and in Iran –I think I read this in a National Geographic post 2001, at least within the past seven years. Also, rumors report over the wealth of lithium in Afghanistan. (Also, Iran is dealing with some extreme inflation. The rial is decreased in value against the dollar. It would suck to be a heroin addict…depending on the currency that is used for drug trafficking.)
I think the Iran/Israel fiasco is a non-issue. I remember I think, that Grant Jeffrey reported that China was building a superhighway that would enter Iran until it got to the flat desert.
Also, per our government documents -look up some things that Secretary of Defense William Cohen said…essentially NUCLEAR WEAPONS ARE OBSOLETE. Why worry about nuclear weapons when you can use radio frequencies to turn people into zombies or use directed energy to control the weather/biosphere of the earth???? The countries with these technologies or developing them (Russia, China, U.S., Israel, Great Britain and France possibly) The nations with nuclear weapons: UK, US, France, Russia, Israel (although never admitted), China, North Korea, India, Pakistan, (Iran, and Saudi Arabia) per my research and reasoning by reading in between the lines.. Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey can deploy nuclear weapons per NATO. Syria has been working on their nuclear program at least from 1997. South Africa supposedly dismantled its nukes in the 80′s. Keep in mind that the United State was not the first country per some historians to use the first nuclear weapon that would either be Germany or Japan… Research it and make your own opinion…

NASA officials say the Curiosity rover has made its first scoop of the surface of planet Mars and has detected a bright object on the ground.
Officials said in a news release Monday that they suspect the object might be a part of the six-wheeled rover, but they won’t sample or scoop anymore until they figure out what it is.

LA, have you seen the few TV news reports this first week of October, 2012, concerning the failing economies of Egypt & Iran & how frustration, complaints & finger pointing against Morsi & Ahmadinejad by their people have resulted in broad public protests about unemployment, rising prices & their respective currency rapidly losing what little value they do have, despite their oil wealth? Look for both Morsi & Ahmadinejah not only to arrest protesters into silence but also to point the finger of blame for their financial meltdown on Israel, the U.S. & eventually the E.U., as the crafty & cunning war instigators, Russia & China, brace themselves for an ever increasing dominant position in world politics through global force. The wild card in this may be Turkey who is ready to rumble with Syria should Israel unleash an air strike against Iran’s nuke facilities, at which point Iran will make two mistakes: help lead a military invasion against Israel while at the same time Iran attacks US airforce bases in the Mideast because Iran knows that any arab invasion of Israel will likely result in a US military response despite Obama’s reluctance to go to war. Iranian military attacks against US air bases will ensure quick bombardment retaliation by US forces stationed in Kuwait, Afghanistan, & Saudi Arabia & possibly Jordan. Then we will know with certainy that this is the first of two long awaited crusade wars of the end times, the Gog-Magog War of Ezekiel 38/39. The military forces of Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, Egypt, Libya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Syria, various other African muslim nations will join forces with military units of the PLO/PA, Hamas, Hezbulloh, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Quida, the Taliban that may also provoke a joint islamic allience with Iraq and Turkey but if Turkey is prepared to go to war with Syria, why then would Turkey then partner with Israel’s foes during the Gog Magog War? We will see what happens once the missiles start flying. Iraq would have to be crazy if it too joined the arab muslim war against Israel, considering the Iraqis don’t want the US military back there for a broader occupation. We will have to see what roles Turkey and Iraq will play, and also India and Pakistan, who may at first sit on the sidelines but then joint either opposing side at some point to help bring an end to the carnage. Ezekiel was not clear on just how long the gog-magog war would last but if that war fits into the whole of end time prophecies as written of by Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Daniel & John whom God inspired to write Revelation, then there will be a temporary truce to the gog-magog war or what will seem to be either a true while they search for a peace treaty but according to Ezekiel, Israel’s enemies are so utterly destroyed during this war, that any surrender might be an unconditional one like Japan’s after Nakasaki got nuked. During the 7 months it shall take for Israel to bury the bodies of it’s enemy soldiers from gog-magog, perhaps the antichrist will then already be on the world scene as a current or future political leader with military prowness. If Russian & Chinese military forces become involved militarily in the gog-magog war against Israel and the U.S. & possibly the E.U., those Russian & Chinese military forces will be destroyed in the Middle Eastern battlefields, all but a sixth of them. Perhaps when gog-magog is in full swing, North Korea will invade South Korea, Tokyo, Twaiwan and Manillathe Japanese & Phillopino islands as a military diversion in an effort to divert and dillute US naval and air forces away from the mideast to southeast asia. But Ezekiel 38/39 clearly point to the defeat of Israel’s enemy troops by the hand of God who may empower & inspire the military forces of the US and NATO to help Israel to certain victory. But the peace in the world will be shortlived and as the forces of the antichrist gather strength as Hitler did in the 1930′s, yet the 2nd and final phase of the 21st century crusade war will be renewed and be known as the Battle of Armageddon when Russian/Chinese/North Korean forces reunite and up the ante one last time for the battle in the valley of megiddo, the third and last great world war to end all wars and all life on Earth, unless Christ returns to capture the planet for the glory of God. And yes, all during these terrible times, the price of gasoline will go up each and every day. Some days you will have to decide whether you want to gas your car up or eat that day. That is, assuming you can find a gas station that hasn’t quickly gone out of business as the oil wells come to a complete standstill and pump gas no more. If either the gog-magog war or the battle of Armageddon should expand to military strikes on US soil against the US Alaskan oil pipeline and the many oil wells in East Texas and various oil refineries, the car for the avergae American will become a thing of the past and we will be sorry we did not have horses and buggys as our founding fathers did.
