Hal Lindsey – UFOs are real!

I was notified by several people yesterday that Bible prophecy pioneer, Hal Lindsey, weekly show was devoted to the subject of UFOs. I have posted the link below and would suggest you check it out. With all the news about disclosure, combined with the ever-growing UFO sightings, Hal chose to openly discuss the subject. As far as I know this is a first. Welcome to the club Hal!
At one point he used the phrase Great Deception, which I believe I may have coined in the second book of the Nephilim Trilogy. That term, Great Deception is not found in the Bible. Hal is right, there is a Great Deception coming and it’s roots go back thousands of years to the mystery of iniquity, the secret of lawlessness. In modern times the ‘forced’ promulgation of the Darwinian theory of evolution has set most of the world to believe that there is no God and that all of diverse life forms we see just happened, by random chance, over millions of years.
You may recall when I posted links to Ben Stein’s movie, Expelled. At the end of it, Stein sits down with Richard Dawkins a professed Darwinist. Stein poses the question, where did life come from? Dawkins answers, that perhaps millions of years ago in another galaxy a race of aliens …. well you get the rest. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9M_ZF8r5e7w
In short Dawkins points to what is known as Panspermia, that life was seeded throughout the universe by ET. With the disclosure event at the Washington press club last week, the subject of UFOs is very much in the news. To me the link to Darwinism is obvious and Dawkins certainly reinforces this in his statements to Stein.
I actually address this in my new book, The Cosmic Chess Match. I believe that there is a cosmic conspiracy, a Luciferian agenda, a deliberate deception, that in the end will cause many people to believe the coming lie. That lie is that ET, created us, genetically manipulated us, started the worlds first civilizations, created the worlds religions and now, at this critical juncture in human evolution are back to usher the world into a time of peace, knowledge and prosperity….
This is what the deception is and Hal Lindsey points it out. Thanks Hal for putting your spotlight on what is manifesting in ways that we have never seen before. UFOs are real, burgeoning and not going away and we need to wake up as many people as we can to what is coming!
It would appear that the subject of UFOs is becoming OK to discuss in the Christian community. With Hal’s show millions of people have been informed! Thanks Hal!

Since you have mentioned Richard Dawkins, if would also like to mention Antony Flew. The most famous atheist philosopher in the academic world. He became a deist when latter on in his life he started to see the evidence for intelligent design. He passed away this year.
And here is his review of Dawkins` The God delusion for anybody that is interested:

Wow! Several years ago I made my way through the bible prophecy authors circle asking prominent authors what their thoughts were on the “UFO fallen angel theory”. Hal Lindsey never responded after repeated attempts but Mark Hitchock and Grant Jefferey responded claiming a belief that they thought the super natural would shape end times events.
Its as if the Holy Spirit is slowly awakening major christian influences. What’s exciting about Hal Lindsey revelation about UFO’s is that he has a very conservative base and I know he has an expensive budget. When you have an expensive budget you tend to not try and shake the major supporters. And to think that I thought that new age one world religion nut “Rick Warren” would be the first to come out say aliens are good? Just goes to show you there is hope in the christian community.
On a side note is anyone else noticing the repeated terror attack notices?
Is the media prepping us for a terrorist attack or an “October Surprise” prior the elections?
Kudos to Hal Lindsey

HOORAY, L.A. is coming up to Canada! Father God is so awesome in how He works. My goodness, He’s sending me back to the place where I was born to help the fellow putting it on with media relations/publicity as I used to work in this area in the past. Mom of course lived there for years. My older brother was just out there last week renewing ties with a childhood buddy who still works for the local paper. Unreal.
Brothers and Sisters, I ask please that you spread this promotional video far-and-wide as there is little to no information as regards how and what L.A. presents.
Thanks Blair if/when you read!

I like your blog. I subscribe to it and occasionally tweet links to it.
One point of correction. The term Great Deception and discussions about the demonic nature of UFO’s and abduction have been used by many for long periods of time. One would get the impression from your above blog that you pioneered these terms and concepts, unintentional?
Hate to see pride start to embed in an otherwise useful blog resource. Keep up the good work and analysis.

Hi Everyone:
Has anyone heard about the old Babylonian language being revealed. What are your takes on this? There are a couple articles on Steve Quayles site regarding the Sumerian language and prophecy given to Steve. Interesting reading.
On another note, regarding today’s post…I have read a really interesting article from Rense.com entitled The Unholy Alliance -Christianity & the NWO. It speaks of many, many well known Christian ministers that are involved directly or indirectly with the NWO and it speaks of Hal Lindsay as well. Much of what is written sounds legitimate as many of these ministries have “been in bed” with Rev. Sun Myung Moon and the United States Intelligence community. The article is very interesting and sounds true and is unnerving to me regarding all the Christian leaders that are involved in this. I’m not sure if this Rense.com site is legitimate or not, just like I have heard that Alex Jones is really working for the NWO to put out false information with some truth to confuse the masses. Do any of you all here on this blog have any takes on this stuff?
Dr. Marzulli, can you research this and let me know if it sounds legitimate to you. I know you are very busy but I thought this might be something you can look into. It would be great if Hal Lindsay is really sending out a warning to the Christian community but after reading these materials stated above, I wonder if there aren’t alterior motives as well. What is your take Dr. Marzulli? Thank you so much for any reply. Amen!

Yes, yes, yes and they are all totally in bed together as it’s being driven by the various discarnate and space alien en masses Luciferians. Yes, they all have fragments of truth (really a spiritualized word for what is true, what is real, which is according to what we want to consider for each of us – to NOT consider everything (including Ti and Do, is shutting oneself off from the total amount of what’s real and true that we can fathom). And’s what’s common to ALL the various instruments of mistruth is that: 1) they don’t consciously know how they are being used and to what end 2) they all quote various records: jesus, moses, krishna vedas, etc. now lumped together as religio-spiritual, paranormal, esoteric, science of mind and they all purport reaping some type of heaven on Earth or in spirit form w/ peace of mind, often including all manner of things pleasurable (not against pleasure, but it is very addicting) for those that “believe” alone and 3) all demonic those that don’t fall into their particular faction, while assuming their belief has them “saved” if they give to this or that organization or maintain this or that behavior or go to this or that church or do this or that meditation technique (all of which have their limited value of course) but none of which incorporates seeking to do the will of the one true many membered Kingdom of God that created the heaven’s and the earth, all the elements and systems even with all these confusing options. So take it ALL in to a degree but be clear to whom your allegiance is to and ask like crazy for the real deal to reveal themselves to you plainer than ever before and you will see through all the illusions.

i posted about it the other day, from BBC i belive.
On a side note, Dante Fortson has recently said that in a way, we all speak one language already, that is we all use computers (aka Binary code, 1′s and 0′s) to talk with each other.
how’s that for weird?

oh and a theory i’ve been thinking of…we have a false alien invasion, and an alien antichrist that everyone will think is him, then the real AC gets rid of the alien threat. Perhaps that’s why Hal and other theologians are being allowed to speak against UFOs.
Just a thought.

Hi Lisa,
While Jeff Rense has a very interesting website, it doesn’t take long to see how greatly biased he is against those of us who are true followers of The Way and how anti-Semitic he is. I don’t know who he works for other than himself.
I have found very useful information from his site over the years but I also try to make sure I have my spiritual armor on before I go there. His is a site full of just enough Truth to confound even some of the wise and discerning so one must be VERY careful when perusing there. At best his is a far out alternative news source. I’d rather stick with Tom Horn, Steve Quayle and Dr. Lynn to be honest.
My advice? Enter with great caution.
Just my personal opinions.

Hi there. Yes people like Hal are offering some service and your book you describe does as well BUT the greater ILLUSION that still remains is in the identity and demonstration of what is most real about the One True Kingdom of God that Jesus, Elijah, Moses and Enoch and some prophets represented in the records. That reality can not be obtained except by being willing to look at seriously all Ti and Do brought no matter how hard it is to bring ourselves to because of they way they left and what the media hyped about it. How anyone can read any of the “record” left by the Kingdom of God and not be willing to consider the song: Ti and Do that the 144,000 learn to sing is yet another just as devastating to a souls’s evolution decision/belief because that’s the qualification for being legitimately “saved” for a future lesson opportunity and it’s earned by being of service when most all else hates that service because of how it always challenges ALL status quo which to date is even the space alien = luciferian (heaven on earth) status quo belief for many of all religions and spiritual groups/teachers (false prophets galore).

Sawyer I really want to understand the point you are making but I am having a hard time following you. Maybe there is a different way to describe your points?
1.) What do you mean by the greater illusion and one true kingdom of God?
2.) What does Ti and Do and the 144,000 represent? I know who the 144,000 are.
3.) Your last sentence all together.
Thank You Sawyer maybe LA can shed light on your comments?
In A Moment said
Perhaps it is that Sawyer will not/can not reply about his belief system. The only rhyme or reason from his Ti and Do concept is that they are the last two “notes” in the “Do-Re-Mi” song…do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-ti-do. Sensing disconnection here.

Why do you keep referring to
God and Jesus as Ti and Do? At least thats who I think you mean.
The qualification for being saved is asking Jesus to come into
Your heart and believing that Jesus is the son of God that came in the flesh. Do you believe that?

Could you also point out the scripture where it says God and Jesus will be the 2 witnesses and that (in your words) God will come back as a woman?

In biblical culture women are always the follower and the weaker sex. I’m just having a hard time

Hello Lisa,
I shouldn’t think it would matter one way or the other, if there are audio files on the internet that claim to teach definitive pronunciation of the language; it doesn’t look to me like a discovery happened, just people saying, “Look what I know!” There was mentioned a magic spell audio recording, which I think might be bad for people who aren’t protected by the Holy Ghost to listen to.
Sumerian is being touted in a roundabout way as the language of ‘our creators’ (the aliens) for whatever reasons. Fft.
I am personally, skeptical of any modern group of words in a pile that proclaims itself to be a prophecy.
There’s $0.02. Maybe not especially helpful, but more Guide-Booky than some stuff above.
Looking forward to Dr. Marzulli’s reply, too.

I just watched the video and one thing I disagree with is when Hal said the Rapture will happen before the Great Deception. I’m not sure how there can be a falling away first, if the people that hold the faith in Christ are all gone. Its also possible that I misunderstood him. However, I believe we will be here when the deception occurs.
Late Night Lisa said
I’m not so sure about the “before” timing either.
I was just thinking about this- if God wouldn’t give the nations so many days of warning from His body of Christians before He took them out & then judgment strikes.
If the Christians were publicly squawking about the UFO/Anti-Christ connection then the “reason” they were removed fits into the reconditioning of vibrations nonsense. The Christians were removed to be re-programmed to go along w/the NWO.
Just a thought anyway.

I have wanted to ask LA this question for some time but I would also like your opinion Minister Fortson.
By the way LA gave your new book “As the Days of Noah Were” rave reviews at his conference in Colorado. As soon I as I get the funds I look forward to purchasing it and reading it.
My question is “Could the rapture of the church happen and then the Great Deception occur when new believers become the elect during the tribulation? There will be 144,000 pastors spreading the word to over 4 billion people. I would think a large number of those individuals will become christian and not take the mark of the beast. The holy spirit will also be gone from the earth? Will they not become the new elect? In my mind, I have always questioned, “why would God want to allow the present elect be deceived prior to the rapture? What would be the purpose?”
Thanks

We don’t know when it will happen. There are different positions. This is what I think. It’s the fourth quarter of a football game and your team is down by 3 points. You’re on the 20 yard line deep in the other teams territory. You go to the huddle. You’re not thinking about anything else but the game. Suddenly your quarter-back says, “Man I can’t wait till the games over because I have a hot date with the head cheerleader. How would you feel. We are called to destroy the works of the evil one, not debate about when we get taken out. That’s His business. Let’s keep our eyes on the ball! L.A.

I look at this from the post trib view or more accurately pre-wrath view. Where in the Bible does it say these 144,000 will preach the gospel? The only preaching will be done by the two witnesses. The 144,000 will flee to the mountains when the abomination of the desolation takes place. They will be preserved supernaturally by God like the Israelites were in Moses`s time.
If I remember correctly the book of Zecharias speaks about 2/3 of Israel die in the time of Jacobs trouble. I wonder if these 144,000 is all that will survive or will there be more, because 1/3 out of 7,5 million is a lot more? I read that there are currently around 148000 Christians living in Israel but I wonder if this number also accounts for messianic jews? Acording to Haaretz article from 2006 most of them (120,000 are arabs). Oh well, only the Most High knows when the number of these 144,000 will be complete.
Holy Spirit will not be taken from the earth because we will still be here. Pre-trib rapture theory teaches abandonment and fear mongering (Post-trib also teaches fear mongering but the other way around like be prepared and strong in the Spirit for your heads to roll). I read studies about archangel Michael being the one who holds back or “leteth” as KJV says. In revelation 12 in my opinion Michael and his angels will come from the 3rd to the 2nd heaven and they will make war in heaven. The fallen ones will be cast out into our 1st heavenly dimension and that can very well coincide with the UFO manifestation. To tell you the truth to us Christian persecution is guaranteed but I would not want to miss this event. They are bombarding us with all this hollyweird crap, I wonder how it will look like in reality? Judging by those youtube videos who show small white lights in formation in the sky, pretty boring lol.
The purpose of the elect being deceived is a test of faith. In these days to not be deceived, you have to be a watchman period and praying every day with all spirit and supplication as Paul says. If you have true faith you are watching what is going on, if not you are very likely a lukewarm christian. These deceived elect can also mean these lukewarm laodicean christians who will be spit out[LUKE 8:18]. They can also be like a type of Judas.
One thing also I would like to mention here. Israel became a nation in 29. november 1947. If all will be fulfilled in one generation (70 years) than we still have a couple of years before this deception hits if it will on the halfway through the 7 year trib.
I think even we who are watching won`t catch everything or won`t be right on everything when these things unfold (for example some see in Daniel 9:27 the antichrist, some see the Messiah – who is right?). The Most Highs prophetic word is very overwhelming at times but that is the way how I see it.
richard said
Bozz I really enjoyed your perspective. It really had me thinking and reading the scripture which is always good.
I guess I prescribe to the pretrib perspective. However you are correct the bible does not say in scriptural text that the 144,000 will preach the gospel but God does call these 144,000 the “firstfruits to God and the Lamb.” The Lamb is Jesus. God is making a statement that these 144,000 will be the first set of Jews to get saved and accept Jesus as their true Messiah. These 144,000 Jews will also be physically protected from all the judgments that will be hitting the earth during this time.
It is only logical to conclude that God will use these 144,000 Jewish witnesses to preach the gospel as they will now have the full power of the Holy Spirit operating in them to be able to preach. I seriously doubt if God will have them just lying and sitting around and doing nothing – especially with the Church having been possibly raptured before they are sealed and come forth.
God is going to need as many people as possible to be preaching, witnessing and saving souls as fisher of men, especially if the main body of believers are no longer on the earth to preach and witness.
In regards to your comments about the holy spirit being removed I would point to 2nd Thessalonians. In 2:1-12 discusses a man of lawlessness being held back until a later time. Interpreting the restrainer of evil in (2:6) as the indwelling ministry of the Holy Spirit at work through the body of Christ during the current age, supports the pretribulational interpretation which I propose. Since “the lawless one” (the beast or Antichrist) cannot be revealed until the Restrainer (the Holy Spirit) is taken away (2:7-8), the tribulation cannot occur until the church is removed. Of all the rapture positions, only the pre-trib position can be harmonized when we understand that the Restrainer is referring to the Holy Spirit.
I 100% agree with your comment that christians will be tested according to Luke 8:18. How remains to be seen? I guess in the end does it matter. We must be strong in our faith at all times in all possible scenarios.
In regards to the generation question I to subscribe to the 70 year hypothesis. I go round and round with my pastor. He believes the last generation means this will be the generation that starts to see the signs of the end times not the literal completion. I tend to think it may be the literal translation but who is to say. Which if you subtract the 7 from the 70 ontop of the 1947 date you have 2010? Lets hope.
Bozz said
Thanks for the response Richard.
To me this issue of rapture is not really important. Like you said, we must be strong in the faith at all times in all possible scenarios. I just don`t want the pre-trib rapture give me false hope that`s all. If its true, I am all for it.
But to me 2nd Thessalonians 2:3-4 speaks of the beginning of the second half of tribulation where the final AC will show his true colors, the abomination of desolation mentioned in Daniel and we will still be here because it says “Let no man deceive you by any means” in the beginning of the 3rd verse.
The 6th verse does not say it is The Holly Spirit it just says “and now ye know”. Frankly put we don`t, the true knowledge has been lost through the ages. But I will give you this, if my memory serves me right, there are verses in the Scriptures that speak of a point in time where God will say enough is enough, no more time to make your mind up if you want my Son`s redemption or not. And it is somewhere around the time where people will start receiving the mark of the beast. Does that mean the Holy Spirit will be removed along with us? I don`t know. But I think this refers to the time when the wrath of God will commence. Maybe we will be preserved through the wrath supernaturally, but only very few blessed and chosen from God (remember hardly any flesh will survive). The scriptures say at the last trumpet, this sounds to me as the 7th final trumpet, no rosh hashanah or other feast trumpets of Israel today in 2010. So, my opinion is we will be here through the whole deal and most of us will probably have to endure much tribulation. The Scriptures also speaks about the watchmen somewhere, referring to them as “they will instruct many but perish from the spoils of war” and so on. If I were you, I would move out of the US, at least from the coastal areas to the inward parts. But the whole earth will be in this mess, so wherever we are I guess the only safe place for us is in The Most High`s will.
Revelation 12 speaks about the woman taken to a safe haven for 1260 days (Chuck Missler pointed out that when Jerusalem was destroyed in 70AD this safe haven was the city of Petra or the regions of Edom and some other places (Jordan today)), the second half of the tribulation. Does this mean the 1/3 of Jews who will survive or only the 144,000? Only the Most High knows what purpose they will serve apart from singing the praise song that only they will know. Everything else is speculation. What we do know that this 144,000 are forming right now, because I watched youtube videos from Israel how some of them are starting to accept Yahushuah as the true Machiach and that some of their rabbis that died revealed his name as the true Messiah.
All glory to Him, Amen

When I think of the rapture its wishful thinking. Of course I would rather be in heaven with a new body then here on earth even today. I’ll be honest Bozz I just hope I’m strong enough for what ever comes down.
I guess I get stuck on 2nd thessalonians 7 and part of 8 “but the one who holds it back “holy spirit” will continue to do so till he “holyspirit” is taken out of the way” “Then the lawless one “antichrist” will be revealed” How can the tribulation begin without the antichrist? I guess that doesnt mean the church will not be here. I need to look into your statement regarding when God will say enough is enough. I think you are correct I just need to find the scripture. As far as being saved supernaturally I think many of us will die. I dont God looks at death as being a big deal.
Bozz I feel judgement will come to the US soon. Possibly when Israel signs their treaty with the PLO. I think it will happen in the next month or so. I live in Denver but nowhere is safe. As LA states the wages of sin is death. I would be lieing if I didnt think America was in for a lot in the next 6 months whether it be terrorist attacks or natural disasters.
Yes you are correct from my interpretation of Revelations 12. 2/3 of all the jews will perish the remaining 1/3 will go to Jordan. The 144,000 from what I understand are annoited and kept safe from God’s wrath / judgements however I think many will perish at the hands of the antichrist.
Every once in awhile I will read an article in the Jerusalem Post or Haaretz about jews accepting jesus as the messiah. I do think it is happening more and more. Joel Rosenberg claims that Jews and Muslims are having visions of Jesus in the middle east.
Your right though there is so much speculation. And it doesnt really matter. Its hard to “Be still and know he is God” Thank you for the discussion, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Does your reference to the 144,000 imply that they are the original group of Jews (I lean in that direction) that received Jesus’ gift of salvation or that the 144,000 Jews are from a future time frame?

Greetings everyone~
Regarding “he that letteth” (restrains, withholds). When reading 2 Thessalonians 2:6-10 please have a look at Daniel 12:1 and Revelation 12:7-9. Afterwards then you might consider this… how is it/would it ever be possible for there to be believers without the guidance, teaching, and comfort of the Holy Spirit? A powerful study on this can be found at http://www.watchmanbiblestudy.com/BibleStudies/Definitions/Def_Restrainer.htm There are many other sites, blogs, and PDF’s where this prophecy is addressed. And a study of the Holy Spirit person and ministry might also shed more light on this fascinating and important issue of these closing days. Peace and blessings of Yahweh be with you all.

Dr. Jacques Vallee warned about ufo cults in his book “Messengers of Deception”. He claimed that some contactees and cults are delivering a message from so called ET’s that is some form of control system to promote such things as a new high demand religion with authoritarian ideologies. Researcher Stefan Isaksson has an informative article on the history and beliefs of ufo cults which often have occult and mystical origins and connections.

Years ago I became a Christian through Hal Lindsey’s ministry. I am so grateful to this man’s dedication to the Lord and teachings of prophecy. And I am so happy and excited to hear him talking about the UFO’s. The more people hear about this from different sources like Dr. Marzulli, Chuck Missler and the like, and now Hal Lindsey, and hear the Biblical view of it, the more that may be saved when the deception strikes. I hope and pray more and more pastors will begin talking about this before it is too late.

I came back to the Lord as an adult when I read about prophecy for the first time, in Hal Lindsey’s “Late Great Planet Earth”. The Lord really spoke to me through that book, and the Word, as I found out about the fact God had a plan for us in the future. So I am also thankful for Hal Lindsey’s ministry and his comments on the UFO connection.
Be encouraged, L A. You are starting to really spread the word. With the widely heard Wednesday evening radio show, this blog, your books, word of mouth, and other appearances, the Lord is using and blessing your ministry. Thank you for being His servant.

It is becoming strange and confusing. To an old UFO researcher and a science fiction fan, I find that much discussion regarding the “what ifs” are starting to sound like science fiction.
“Lo, Here is Christ, there is Christ” The scriptures had it right all along, but what is strange is those that aren’t seeing the false Christs and those that are thinking the False Christ will pass as the true Christ and good aliens and fake aliens starts to sound like the wheels are falling off it all.
I hear this “falling away” a lot and the idea that you have to have had the faith to fall away from it.
To one who is saved not by my works, but by the atoning precious blood of Jesus Christ, I find this talk denigrating to the power of the blood.
The church may go through it (Tribulation) or it may be raptured before it, but those that belong to Christ ain’t falling away from Him.
Unless you want to call Christ a weakling or a liar, because this is how he spoke in John the 6th chapter.
“All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me, I will in NO WISE cast out.
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose NOTHING, but should raise it up again at the last day.
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son and believeth on him, may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Sounds pretty plain to me. He ain’t going to let anyone steal you if you belong to Him.
I stick with the Christ who gave himself a ransome for me, and His blood will NEVER lose it’s power.
If anyone or anything can make you lose your faith and fall away from the one who had the power to create this place and all the universe as well, then you never had the faith in the first place.
You can listen to the cacophony of opinions, or you can take the words of Jesus Christ as truth and established truth forever.

Your opinion sounds like the OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved) perspective which I don’t agree with. There is just too much scripture stating the opposite. Our free wills remain & we can still choose to allow our sin natures to shipwreck our faith and lead us astray. Those who remain in Christ and are faithfu to the end will be saved. A great example is studying what Jesus says to the 7 Churches in Revelation & it isn’t OSAS doctrine. We are currently watching a mass falling away from the true Christian faith into a watered down humanistic version of who God is. They are being systematically cut off from the source of life via Satanic deception. This is what God’s word warns us about before Jesus return.Either we can see it for whaat it is or remain in an unconcerned OSAS worrldview.
Doug said
Sorry, but that sounds like a works doctrine which I don’t agree with. We are saved by faith through God’s grace.
So you are saying the blood can save you but cannot keep you.
Let me ask you this. If you lose it, at what point do you?
Is it one sin? Is it the sin of unbelief? Is it giving in to the Antichrist? At what point would you be considered fallen away?
I would not care to allow that Christ’s saving power and the Holy Spirit’s power is unable to keep me in Christ’s hands.
That would be doubt and not faith. “Without faith, it is impossible to please God”.
It sounds as if you doubt God’s power to save and keep, even though He says it in scripture such as the ones I quoted above.

Well said Doug! We are bought and saved by the blood!

Um, yes we are saved, but we can lose faith. You don’t keep salvation through works, but you can lose it if you lose faith.
Luke 11
Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worse than the first.
Ezekiel 33:13 If I tell the righteous man that he will surely live, but then he trusts in his righteousness and does evil, none of the righteous things he has done will be remembered; he will die for the evil he has done.

Hopeful I think the first verse you quoted is referring to driving evil (possession) out of a unsaved person, and the person still not being saved and getting attacked harder if I remember right. I’m not familiar with the context of the last verse you quoted off the top of ny head though.
Hopeful_watcher said
Joe, I would say any and all unsaved people has some degree of demonic influence over them, including you and I before we were born again. But lets, for arguments sake discount that scripture as irrelevant to my point.
Below are some additional thoughts about faith in our life as an ongoing requirement for eternal life through salvation:
If what is required for eternal life is believing at some point in your life that Christ is the forgiver of sins through his death on the cross, then how come luke warm Christians get spit out? Wouldn’t luke warm and hot Christians attain salvation equally? A hot Christian would be someone who is “strong” in the faith, which means it is unwavering and would never subside no matter how hard the tribulation is.
Why is the coming apostasy such a bad thing, since you need only to have believed once and you are forever saved?
If a person can convert from Satanism to Christianity, can someone not also convert from Christianity to Satanism? Would this latter convert still receive salvation, since they had believed in the saving power of Jesus?

Hebrews 6:6
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
This points to a need for continued repentance. I would think that this would be a natural daily occurrence of a born again Christian anyway. If one personally is opposed to asking for repentance of new sins committed, I would seriously question the commitment one has to living a life of Christ.
Joe.b said
I see your point hopeful. I’ve wonders about this very subject for a while. It’s like someone else said, when do you lose it?
I’m thinking (but have no scriptural basis at this point) that when you stop caring if your doing right or wrong or willfully so wrong without repentance maybe?

Since I already spent a whole day on this blog debating Pre-Trib. vs. Post-Trib.,I won’t start that up again! Suffice it to say,I am very suspect of any preachers that still espouse the idea that Christians somehow escape the tribulation period by way of a “secret” rapture. Last I knew,Hal Lindsay still believes that,as do many on this blog. To me,it has not been proven to be biblically sound doctrine, and the fact it is fairly new as far as messages go,and the fact so many popular,main-stream preachers are pushing this doctrine,…all very suspicious!
Hal Lindsay doesn’t impress me.
Like with mixing poison in with healthy food,it makes it even more damaging because we may be apt to consume it all the more! (Unsound doctrine,I mean.)
Why not quit worrying about the “rapture” at all,and just figure that until our time is up,we will be on this earth, and that’s that!? There’s plenty of work to do between now and when the Lord calls us home!
Question everything and everyone, especially those that are teaching “in His name”! Satan wants most of all to deceive those who profess to follow Christ, otherwise we wouldn’t have been warned so strenously against false teachers!

The 1st christian book i ever read was 3 years after my calling it was ‘The Great late planet earth’ by Hal Lindsay It was full of errors specially the secret rapture doctrine.
I share your concern Here Sandie.
I always maintain that The apostles of the Lord never Taught speculations or maybe’s.
I am not saying that one cannot speculate about a scriptural matter But it is altogether wrong to teach it as Truth.

I read it,too, and in the beginning,I used to think the “rapture” was possible as described. His book, and others, did start me off in a quest to know more, but thank God I didn’t stop there!
The more I grow in Christ and seek His discernment, the more I see the errors of my ways and the lies that were fed to me along the way.
(Still searching,still praying,still learning….!)
Hope others keep doing the same! There are some very bright,well-intentioned people who seem to be looking in the wrong places. I’m sorry if that sounds “judgemental” or anything, but I really do believe the pre-trib story to be a lie. But of course,it sells, because it is what people want to hear.
You’re right about the Lord’s teaching. If this “rapture” was as they say,it would be easily discernable and would have been preached since the beginning. This “rapture” theory is just a new way for Satan to twist scripture and wind up affecting the faith of millions. Satan knows these days that not everyone will diligently apply themselves to what God’s word says, and this is painfully easy to see.
I’m not implying that salvation depends on it,but maybe it will in some way? I don’t know what the purpose of such a lie would be for sure, but I suspect there’s more to it than just having a slightly different belief system.
We shall see!

We have a generation of pastors which have been theologically trained in what i call ‘modern evangelicalism’ along the line of a Jesuit plan to the counter reformation. Not knowing the Word of God, lovers of the unrighteous Tithe Money ordained of man and not of god.
I also believe that the restoration of the sate of Israel is part of that plan, as is plainly seen in the Vatican’s INTERFAITH propagation.
The Shepherds are false ones! under the Strong delusion leading the apostasy prophesied into full bloom.

There will be a rapture, but it won’t be of Christians. The enlightened new age leaders will be raptured (i.e. ascension) into demonic UFOs and the world will think God has saved them.

Alien Abductions Through The Ages – by Dr. Gregory L. Little
http://www.think-aboutit.com/abductions/AlienAbductionsThroughTheAges.htm
http://faerie.monstrous.com/origins_of_fairies.htm#angels
Fallen angels. In the lore of Scandinavia, Scotland, and Ireland, when God cast out the arrogant angels from heaven, they became the evil spirits that plague mankind, tormenting us and inflicting us with harm. The ones who fell into hell and into caves and abysses became devils and death-maidens. However, those who fell onto the earth became goblins, imps, dwarfs, thumblings, alps, noon-and-evening-ghosts, and will-o’-the-wisps. Those who fell into the forests became the wood-spirits who live there: the hey-men, the wild-men, the forest-men, the wild-women, and the forest-women. Finally, those who fell into the water became water spirits: water-men, mermaids, and merwomen. These angels were condemned to remain where they were, becoming the faeries of seas and rivers, the earth, and the air.

I know this is unrelated to this post, but I had the weirdest dream last night. I believe it was an actual attack from the enemy. I’ll briefly state in a nutshell what happened in my dream.
In the dream, I was injured, wound up in a hospital (no idea which one, don’t ask
), and somehow, one of the nurses in this hospital was the child of Satan (or so she said she was). She was so beautiful, like I have never seen this kind of nationality in my lifetime. It was so real, I could actually describe her looks to you, but I’ll get to the point.
As soon as I recovered, I was allowed to go home. a couple days later, I’m walking along the street corner and see her just staring at me, then I get freaked out and start running. When I looked behind, she wasn’t there. Then, I see her right in front of me. She quickly pulls me into a dark alley, where she threatens me that if i don’t have her child, she will kill one of my family members. Then, she tells me this child will be the antichrist, or something to that extent. While she’s saying this, a pack of fallen angels manifest behind her.
Then, I ‘m shown a couple of years down the road, the child I gave her is about 10 years old. He looks like a mix between the picture of Mothman, but with a more skeleton looking face and has the mothman looking cloths. At that point, I am just overwhelmed, but I feel sorry for that boy because I’m thinking that’s my seed right there, and I gave him over to become a nephilim, or a hybrid sort. Can someone please tell me what the heck that’s all about? Was it just a dream, or has anyone heard of such a thing happening in history (or today) of maybe a “Succubus” deceiving humans for their children? Thanks.
Joe.b said
Maybe just a dream? Sometimes our mind takes something were thinking about and totally twists it around into a “story”.
This off the subject of your post and this blog but i had a really strange dream last night that was very vivid. I dreamed that a guy I was pretty good friends with a few years ago shot himself while I was visiting him
And his family. Talk about weirdness when you wake up.
David said
Yeah, I understand that it could have been just a dream. I also had an experience (which I explained to la about already) where this 3 foot grey came in the middle of the night, paralyzed me, and was doing something with my hand. I struggled to utter the words”In the name of Jesus, I rebuke you”. And of course, it looked surprised and everything stopped.
My point, as well as what else I’m trying to convey, is that every time I get my life right with Jesus, these beings ALWAYS come into my dreams. And there are many other dreams I have where (I believe) seducing spirits tempt me with full force, literally
However, my friend told me that something that I might believe. He said the nurse could potentially be the one whom you will become intimate in the future. And these spirits can probably see this ahead, so their plans of course is to freak me out about this nurse, so that I would avoid her.I’m not sure about that one, although LA brings up a good point in his upcoming book, about the corn-field theory (or something to that extent) where the devil can see a little beyond the cornfield. But God can see all the way. Just my thoughts, lol!

David, Spirits of wickedness Are not omnipotent and therefore cannot see into the future . However they can plan the future as we can and their plans are always directed against the saints.

Just for the record; My Masonic boss from work just moved into the locality.. I had this dream taking place in my very bedroom, A hooded figure grabbed me by the Hair and shook me whereupon I rebuked in the name of Jesus saying go away satan I woke the whole house up as my words were vocal.
Dear brother The enemy is “a roaring lion” on our guard He can do nothing so; in our sleep He Attacks.

“Scientists fear the virulent strain is on the move and may show up soon in India and Pakistan. Once there it could be blown by the winds to North America, effecting crops in Canada and the United States, scientists suggest.”
These scientists sure are prophets I must say. Georgia guide stones testify of the elites depopulation goal. So news like this are no surprise to me. Revelation speaks about “a days wages” for wheat and barley (3rd horse).
I sometimes wonder like William Cooper put it, either these guys are fulfilling prophecy by the book or God is doing it. I think of it as God using this ungodly men and through them executing the fulfillment of his word. Kinda like When Babylon was taken over by Persia and Daniel comes to the King who conquered Babylon without a battle with the scroll of Isaiah which mentioned him by name a 150 years before. In other words The Most High Elohim chose a pagan king to execute his judgment upon Babylon which set in mention the returning of Israel from Babylon finishing their 70 years of punishment.
